Quality Promise
Our quality promise applies to all work performed. We accept cash, card, check, or Venmo as payment options. All customers receive invoices. If a deposit or full payment is not received before the invoice expiration date, pricing is subject to change. If no expiration date is listed, the invoice serves as an agreement on when payment will be made. All transactions are final, and there are no refunds. If an issue arises, please notify us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

Maintenance Program Policy
Our Maintenance Program is a locked-in agreement with a signed contract required.
• Weekly & Bi-Weekly Plans: Minimum commitment of 6 months.
• Monthly & Bi-Monthly Plans: Minimum commitment of 12 months.
• Quarterly Plans: Commitment of 4 total services (12 months).
• All maintenance clients must keep a valid card on file for billing.
• Cancellations before the agreement term ends may result in an early termination fee.

Cancellation Policy
• Standard Services: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full service amount.
• Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating: A 7-day cancellation policy applies. Due to the extended time required for these services (often 2+ days), any cancellations within 7 days — even if booked within that time frame — will be charged in full.

Personal Belongings Policy
Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to service. While we will treat any remaining items with care, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or missing personal items.

Damages Policy
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Before beginning work, our team will inspect and document your vehicle’s condition with before-and-after photos. Once the vehicle has been moved after service, we are not responsible for dust, dirt, or debris that may accumulate.
