At Every Last Detail, we take great pride in the quality of our work and your satisfaction is our highest priority. Every service we perform is held to our professional standards of excellence.
We gladly accept cash, card, check, or Venmo as payment options. All customers receive a detailed invoice for their records.
Please note:
If a deposit or full payment is not received before the invoice expiration date, pricing is subject to change.
If no expiration date is listed, the invoice serves as a mutual agreement on when payment will be made.
All transactions are final. We do not offer refunds. However, if an issue arises, please contact us immediately so we can address it promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Maintenance Program Policy
Our Maintenance Program is a locked-in service agreement that requires a signed contract. This program ensures consistent vehicle care and priority scheduling.
Program Terms:
Weekly & Bi-Weekly Plans: Minimum commitment of 6 months
Monthly & Bi-Monthly Plans: Minimum commitment of 12 months
Quarterly Plans: Commitment of 4 total services (12 months)
All maintenance clients are required to keep a valid card on file for billing purposes.
Early cancellations before the agreement term ends may result in an early termination fee as stated in your contract.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate all clients fairly.
Standard Services: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full service amount.
Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating: Due to the extended time and preparation these services require (often 2+ days), a 7-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 7 days of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Weather Policy
Your safety and the quality of our work are important to us. If weather conditions are rainy, freezing, excessively hot, or windy, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure proper service and optimal results.
We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a weather-related delay and reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time that works for you.
Personal Belongings Policy
Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service. While our team will handle any remaining items with care, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or missing personal items.
Damages Policy
We take every precaution to care for your vehicle. Prior to beginning any service, our team conducts a thorough inspection and documents the vehicle’s condition with before-and-after photos.
Please note:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
Once your vehicle has been moved after service, we are not liable for dust, dirt, or debris that may accumulate afterward.
